Ms Suzanne Cadigan

Suzanne Cadigan has enjoyed a long career as a registered nurse in both the public and private healthcare sectors, working in a range of clinical and leadership roles such as surgical nursing, nurse education and staff development, and paediatric nursing.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Master of Nursing Leadership (Australian Catholic University). Suzanne is a current practitioner member of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Queensland and is a past President of the Queensland Nurses’ Union. She is also a current board member for Children’s Health Queensland and the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Karuna Hospice Boards.

Suzanne is keen to input into plans and actions that improve and support access to optimal healthcare for all Queenslanders. She is committed to directions that enhance our community wellbeing, in particular from the perspective of children and young people as they are our future.
